Shawn Govern

Shawn Govern has been with the Company since it’s inception and has almost 30 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. With an extensive list of clients he is experienced in buyer agency representation.

Shawn is also a full time attorney with the law firm of DeWitt LLP, with offices in Milwaukee, Madison and Minneapolis. Shawn has taught continuing education classes on real estate topics, written for the State Bar of Wisconsin and West Publishing on real estate topics.

A member of the National Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Association of Realtors, Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and a member of both the residential and commercial Multiple Listing Services. Currently, he is serving a second term as a Board of Director with the Wisconsin Realtors Association; past committee member on the Wisconsin Realtors Association committee on Public Policy and Legislative Initiatives; current Arbitrator and Panelist for the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors — Ethics and Arbitration Panel, presiding over public complaints and fee disputes; and member of the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors Public Policy Committee.
